Debbie Ann Tupper (nee Heilman)

April 26, 1955 - July 17, 2025

Debbie was the last child born to Joseph and Ann Heilman on April 26, 1955, in Wilke, SK.

She is survived by her loving husband Bill Miller; her two children: son Trevor Tupper of Lloydminster, AB, and her daughter Tawni (Kyle) Kump of Marshall, SK; his family, and their friends. and grandchildren Mya Tupper and Evan Kump.  A sister, Marlene Palahicki; two brothers, Dale (Audrey) Heilman and Wayne (Judy) Heilman; sister-in-law Kathy Heilman of Wilkie, SK; nine nieces and two nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Alvin (Cheryl) Heilman and Donald (Kathy) Heilman; and brother-in-law Orest (Marlene) Palahicki.
