Dianne Ann Dorosh

December 28, 1949 – January 9, 2024

Dianne Ann Dorosh passed away peacefully with her sons at her side on January 9, 2024 at the age of 74. She was born December 28, 1949 to Dmytro and Mary Kolendreski. Dianne grew up on the family farm near Kinistino, SK. She met her beloved husband and soulmate Edward Dorosh in May of 1965 and married August 10, 1968. With Ed’s profession they started their lives together in Tisdale before moving to Biggar in 1971. This is where they had their children, Shay and Kelly.

Dianne made numerous friends throughout her life in Biggar. She worked in the banking and retail industry for years before retiring. Dianne always had a love and passion for gardening and her cats. She would spend hours planting, weeding and caring for her garden.

Dianne was a very strong, kind, loving woman, who lived in the home her and Ed built together until they were reunited.

Dianne is survived by her two sons, Shay and son Jackson; Kelly (Brett) and their children Gavin and Olivia; brother Dan (Sandra) Kolendreski; brothers-in-law, Allan (Michelle), David (Lynne) and Dennis (Gwen) Dorosh; nephews, Jason and Scott; nieces, Joan and Katlyn; close friends, Carol Wood, Judy Rickwood, Gail Weir and Ruby Evanisky. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward; parents, Dmytro and Mary Kolendreski; brother, Leon and his wife Donna Kolendreski; nephew, Dwanye Kolendreski; and mother and father-in-law, Tony and Ethel Dorosh.

A Memorial Service for Dianne will be held at a later date.
