Teddy ( Edmund Garth ) Duffin passed away peacefully on October 16th, 2025, in Unity at the Long-Term Care Facility where he was greatly cared for since 2015.  He was born May 28 / 1947 in Wadena SK.

Teddy will be forever missed by his boys: TJ Duffin. Kyle (Vanessa) Duffin. Todd (Brittany) Duffin.  His sisters: Lois (John) Gilbert & Trish (Jim) Altrogge.  His 6 amazing grandchildren: Brad (Lindsey), Ryan (Thomas), Jaya, Miller, Zoe & Sawyer.  He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews: Scott (Crystal) Gilbert & Family, Tyler (Vanessa) Gilbert & Family, Stacey (Dave) Bendig & Family, Lennie (Rena) Williams & Family, Jamil (Samantha ) Wells & Family, Rick (Debbie) Blanchette & Family, Vonnie (Gary) Bast & Family, Michelle(Len) Fabri & Family. 

Teddy is predeceased by his sister, Darlene Duffin and parents Edmund Duffin & Minnie Morgan.

Teddy spent many years working with Max Motors in Unity. His most notable and proud moments were with the Unity Fire Department where he had 25+ years of service & Volunteering at the local Rodeo grounds .  If he wasn’t at the rink or ball diamond cheering his boys, he could also be found cheering on his favorite teams, the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Toronto Blue Jays.    He was best know for his kind, loving & big heart, but mostly his sense of humor which we all loved, but, very certain, also got him into trouble a time or two!  There wasn’t a time or place you didn’t see him with a smile on his face, giggling or smirking about something or eating his favorite baked goods from one of his sisters.  For what he was dealt, he lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every moment the best way he could.  He was a fighter, he battled hard and he never gave up. 

The family of Teddy, is very grateful for all the messages & phone calls during this time.  We cherish and we ask you to cherish, all the great stories and memories you have with Teddy!
