Evelyn Poletz passed away on December 4, 2023 in Provost, AB. Evelyn is lovingly remembered by her children, Viola (deceased) and family Lori Stratychuk and Cory Stratychuk; Gloria Johnson and son Dean Johnson; Laura Campbell and family Tina Elmer and Corrina Lybert; Kerry Poletz and family Susan Johnson, Trevor Poletz and Deanne Miller; Roger Poletz (Joanie) and family Steven Poletz, David Poletz, Debbie Poletz, Justin Rogers, Ryan Rogers and Krysta Rogers; Marilyn Butscher (Carl) and family Kaylee Poletz and Christina Allen; Connie Leschinski (George) and family Shane Leschinski, Jorden Leschinski, Georgina Leschinski and Shawn Leschinski; Brian Poletz (Michelle) and Quinn Poletz; Kevin Poletz and son Tristan Poletz; multiple grandchildren; great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Sam Poletz; daughter Viola Stratychuk; granddaughter Roxanne Kollar; son-in-laws, Hugh Stratychuk, Neville Johnson, and Ed Campbell; daughter-in-law DD Poletz; and parents Charles and Agnes Arnold.

A Funeral Service for Evelyn will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 2:00PM at Biggar United Church. Tributes may be directed to The Canadian Diabetes Association. Arrangements entrusted to Gerein Funeral Service.
