Helga Irene Fellehner (Schoenheit)
June 2, 1952 - December 4, 2021
Mom was born in Rosetown, SK and grew up in Biggar.
At a young age, she had surgery on her legs due to a bone disease, but she overcame that hurdle.
She graduated from BCHS in 1970, met dad and in 1979 moved to Hafford with their 3 children and later would move to Saskatoon until her passing.
Her legs were always a problem for mom but she did the best she could.
Mom was involved in many things, she helped in dad’s business at Colortron Service Center. She wanted to be a pharmacist
but with 3 children she choose a different direction. Mom did freelance writing/photos for newspapers and met some interesting people because of it.
She volunteered with a number of groups; Hafford Home & School, Hafford Board of Trustees, SK Federation of Home & Schools,
Hafford Community Scholarship Fund, Saskatoon Safety Council, Consumers Association of Canada, the Saskatoon
Coalition on Bicycle Safety, PrimeTime at the University of Saskatchewan, Board of College Presidents at University of Saskatchewan,
Choir at the University of Saskatchewan, and was also involved in politics and many more groups.
Mom even went back to the University of Saskatchewan and received her Bachelors of Arts and convocated in 1998.
She enjoyed a number of things and was involved in a lot of activities.
She was a great mom and grandma (Oma) and will be deeply missed by family and friends.

son Emil Jr. (Loni) and David of Lethbridge, AB;
daughter Helga Jr. and family, Michael of Biggar, Jordan (Kaitlyn) of Saskatoon, Katherine (Monty) of Swift Current;
and son Erich of Saskatoon.
Predeceased by: her husband Emil Sr. (2014) her parents H.W (Bill) and Hildegarde Schoenheit,
Aunt & Uncle, Alma (Schoenheit)John Beer, and grandparents Schoenheit and Jeskes.
