JOHN JACOB SENGER

John was born November 1, 1934 at Macklin Hospital to Jacob & Katherine Senger. He grew up on the family farm and attended St. John’s school & church. Dad worked on the farm and then with brother in laws doing construction. After marrying Yvonne Drever in her hometown of Hardisty, Alberta, Dad decided to move back to the farm and continue farming. In 1986 the family moved to Unity and dad worked for local farmers until his retirement. Family and faith were top priorities for dad. Dad followed sporting events and was very supportive of local events.

John leaves to cherish his daughter Jacqueline and son Jacob. Sisters Helen, Veronica, Dorothy, Martha, Madge, Betty and Phyllis, along with brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews.

John was predeceased by his wife Yvonne, parents Jacob & Katherine; brothers, Pete, Louis and Roy. He is also predeceased by his sisters, Minnie, Barbara, Caroline, Leocada, Cathy, Marie and Anne as well as sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews.
