Our beloved father James Brian Cooper passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026 at the age of 83.
He was born March 17, 1942 in Ridgedale, Saskatchewan. He grew up in Shellbrook and Prince Albert. He worked as a master Electrician in and out of the town of Unity for 35 years until he retired in 2010. Jim enjoyed fishing, aviation, playing crib and visiting his friends at the local A&W. He was a life long Rough Riders fan, enjoyed watching curling and listening to country music.
He leaves behind his three sons, Wade (Bonnie), Jason (Teresa) and Trent (Christine) and eight grandchildren, Brayden, Joshua, Ethan, Hanna, Vaughn, Wyatt, Sophia and Ashlyn. He was preceded in death by his sister Carol, and his parents John and Majorie Cooper.
