John Reddekop passed away on May 1, 2024 in Saskatoon, SK. 

A Memorial Service for John will be held on June 22, 2024 at Josephburg Community Hall in Josephburg, Alberta at 2:00 p.m. with lunch to follow. Friendship social will begin at 8:00 p.m.

For those of you who would like to make a full day of it, there will be outdoor games set up outside (weather permitting) so please dress casual. If anyone is interested in camping at this location, please text Gladys (780-982-6644) and I will make arrangements for you. There are also plenty of accommodations in Fort Saskatchewan.

 

My Morning Prayer

Father, this morning I am reflecting on Your goodness. I just want to thank You for bringing me this far.

Thank You for chasing after me, for choosing me.

Even when I wasn't faithful to You, you still were.

You have never taken Your hand off me. In the highest highs and the lowest pits, 

You have been beside me. Your word says, Your steadfast love never ceases.

So, even in the midst of sin, in the midst of running, in the midst of the world,

Your love was ever present.

I thank You God, for not leaving me where You found me

For pulling me out of the darkness and reminding me of Your light.

For loving me, when I didn't love myself

I just thank You for being so kind.

You are a dependable God

I pray I never forget where You brought me from

Thank You for being such a good Father

I give You all the glory and honor
