Margaret Ann Exley Obituary

Margaret Ann Exley passed away peacefully in Poplar Courts, Wilkie, on September 20, 2025 at the age of 96 years.  Margaret was born February 16, 1929, in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.  Margaret will be remembered as being proud of her English heritage along with her love of singing and listening to music.  


Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Joanna Curran, husband Jim of 46 years, son Alan, and sisters Rita, Rosemary, Lenora and Joan.  


She is lovingly remembered by her son Jim(Pat), granddaughters Kristi (Zhen Kee) and children Sebastian and Warwick, Erin (Adam Basler) and children Sullivan and Cohen, daughter-in-law Ruth Exley.  


Interment will be at a later date.  


The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Poplar Courts Nursing Home for the care and compassion shown to Margaret.
