ROBERT SUCHAR Obituary

Dad passed away peacefully Friday, March 12, 2021 at the age of 71, at Royal University Hospital, after a lengthy illness.

Dad was born, raised and farmed on the family farm outside of Carrot River, SK.  He moved his family to Saskatoon in 1982.  This is where he started his business, Deluxe Air Vac.  He officially retired from furnace cleaning in 2001.  He did Commercial Farming in Quill Lake from 1998 - 2000.  It was during this time he met his wife Marjorie.  They married July 15, 2000.  They moved back to Saskatoon in 2000, he worked for Quill Transport until his health forced him to retire.  Once he retired, he was able to enjoy another hidden talent that we found out about abundantly...gardening.  He had a true green thumb.  He was able to grow the biggest veggies, especially zucchini and pumpkins.  He also enjoyed painting a variety of different lawn ornaments which he displayed proudly in their yard.

Left to cherish his memory; his wife of 20 years, Marjorie, his daughters, Laura - Lee Klassen (Kevin Grant), Rosetta Sinclair (Chris Clark), and Tracy (Jason) Stupak, his sons, Glenn Suchar, Trevor Suchar (Brittany Arcand), and Terry Boulding.  His brother Roy (Gloria) Suchar, his sisters, Marlene Dodman, Evelyn Harder, Verna Grant; along with 11 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild, plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert is predeceased by his parents, Steven & Madeline and grandson Michael.

A special thank you to the Palliative Care nurses for taking such amazing care of Dad this last week.
