Rita Greter passed away on November 1, 2023 in Unity, SK. Rita is survived by her children Kathleen (Nelson) Larson and family Josh (Vanesa) and family Landon, Elyza and Ashton; Jeremy (Wendy) and family Julianna and Jasper; Shawn (Kayla) Lyla; Sheri (Luke) Lukawesky and family Kacey; Patricia (Cliff) Coutts and family Amy; Buddy; and Angelo; And step children Brad (Julia) and family Kezia; Linnaea; and Elise; Jordan (Kelsey) and family Bowen; Terry (Darlene) Greter and family Amanda (Beau); Jamie-lynn (Luc); Angela (Trevor) and family Aurora, and Georgia; Ken (Sharlene) Greter and family Justin (Elesha) and family Easton; Jacob; Raya Joy; Sherisse (Denton) and family Nixon ; Callaghan ; Kensington; Beckett; and Oakley; Brooke (Alec) and family Violet; and Maddox; Keith (Emile) and family Hudson, Huntley, Hampton; Jane (Tim) Knourek and family Kristine (Eric); Jennifer; and Sara (Bob);  Joe (Janet) Greter and family Brenton (Michelle) and family Kazia; Jaidyn; Nevaeh; Ryker; Brittany (Kalin) and family Carson; and Tyrell; Brennay (Joel) and family Carter; Hayden; Brandon; Gerard (Nancy) Greter and family Nate; Emma; and Gabrielle;  Anita (Dwayne) Volk and family Zack; Joel; and Kallie. Siblings Pat + (Iris) Feist; Ed (Shirley) Feist; Wilma (Robert+) Hoffinger; Jim (Bea) Feist; Eugene (Laura) Feist; Joe (Goldene) Feist; Margaret (Mervin) Schmidt; Chuck (Linda) Feist; Mary Tigner. Brother and sister- in- law Walter and Elsie Zunti; Sister-In-Law Emily Greter; nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Rita was predeceased by her husband Ernie, parents Jacob and Veronica Feist, brother Pat Feist,  Brother- In- Law Robert Hoffinger; Mother and Father in Law Jacob & Clara Greter.          

Thank you for the outpouring of love and support from Unity and surrounding district shown to our family after the passing away of Rita. We would like to thank Dr. Esebameh and Dr. Williams, the hospital and staff, Unity Home Care (Nicole, you were like a daughter). We would like to thank Paula and the residents of Parkview Place for making Rita part of your community. Thank you to all who participated in the service all who sent flowers, food, cards, and for donations to Holy Rosary Shrine Church and Covenant House Vancouver. A Funeral Service for Rita will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 10:30AM at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Unity, SK

Tributes may be directed to Holy Rosary Shrine in Reward, Saskatchewan or Covenant House Vancouver (Homeless Youth) in Vancouver, British Columbia.
